Do we need to replace our existing telematics hardware?
No. Pulse Logger and Pulse Updater are designed to work alongside existing TCU/telematics hardware where possible, rather than requiring a rip-and-replace.
How is vehicle data secured in transit and at rest?
Pulse Shield provides certificate-based device identity and key management. Specific encryption and compliance details are covered in a security review with our engineering team.
Can we adopt one module without the full platform?
Yes — each Pulse module (Updater, Logger, Commander, Insights, Shield) can be adopted independently or together as the full Pulse Connected Platform.
